Poul and Niall,

I want to thank you again for the fantastic birthday week you two cooked up for me!  The amount of hard work, effort and dedication that you both power through all week is astonishing.  Poul, the meals were all extraordinary, and Niall you are the consummate host, bartender, table setter, story-teller, poet and kitchen helper!  We all had a wonderful week thanks to you both.  And Poul you really pulled out all the stops for my birthday feast with the oysters, caviar, beef wellington, lobster, decadent potatoes, and a fancy birthday cake.  You both made my turning seventy a happy occasion!  My birthday poem was icing on the cake!

Thank you for all the food prep, food shopping, menu planning, table setting, cocktail mixology, wine and cheese, recipes, culinary instruction, camaraderie, patience, clean up and dispute moderation!

You are both amazing!
